The twelve story building was built in 1964 and houses 81 units. The basement and first floors support commercial uses while the other floors house units, including the penthouse unit on the 11th floor.  A secured five story parking garage is available to residents and privacy is ensured through an electronic entry key system. If any problems should ever arise, a maintenance staffer and manager will be on-site to assist with any requests.

Enjoy the views from the 7- foot windows. Floors and ceilings are made of concrete and some units come with carpeting, tile, or hardwood covering them.
